Comprised of county child welfare and juvenile probation staff, state public welfare representatives, providers, and Child Welfare Resource Center staff, the PA FGDM Leadership Team has been meeting bimonthly since 2003 to coordinate Statewide FGDM Implementation Team Meetings and to establish best practice standards to guide and support the implementation of FGDM across PA.
